Why does this matter?
Housing is a human right.
The United Nations and the Canadian Human Rights Commission identify access to adequate housing as a basic human right. Yet many people living with mental health and addictions challenges remain unhoused or living in places that do not meet their basic needs.
Who we are:
Our Network brings together service providers, community partners, and sector leaders dedicated to providing supportive housing solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness and those living with complex mental health or substance use challenges. Grounded in the belief that safe, affordable housing is a basic human right and essential to mental health recovery, we work collaboratively to minimize barriers and ensure long-term housing stability across our city.

How we work:
Guided the by Constellation Model of Collaborative Governance, we partner across sectors -- including member organizations, government, healthcare, philanthropy, and the private sector -- to build a coordinated, efficient, and deeply responsive housing support system
